Health Plan and Nicotine

During the happy hour in a crowded restaurant, the elderly Diane Lambert drives her Jaguar through the front window killing two clients and leaving four in critical condition. Catherine, Warrick, Sara and Capt. Brass investigate the case and Sara meets Hank at the location providing first aid to the injured people with broken wrist. The team works hard trying to find a reason for the accident. Meanwhile, Grissom, Nick and Det. Lockwood investigate the death of Vanessa Arnz, who died after a gas leak at home. However, her husband Mr. Arnz and their son Peter have survived. Grissom notes that the body of Vanessa is pink, indicating that she died of carbon monoxide inhalation, and not natural gas, and they find carbon residue in the fireplace.

"Crash and Burn" is another good but sad episode of "CSI". The first segment about the reckless driver has a shameful conclusion indicating the cause of her death. Further, Sara knows the truth about her relationship with Hank. The second segment teaches to the viewer another effect of nicotine in the organism of smokers. My vote is eight.

Gee, P. S.

An elderly woman drives her car, full speed, into a restaurant where insurance company people gather. But why? Sara gets involved in the case and gets a big surprise. There are a series of twists here but mostly it is very sad. It also shows the ugly underbelly of insurance companies.
