I must say that I loved that evil little grin on Jason's face at the end of this episode. As soon as that man (Carruthers?) said "No hard feelings," I just KNEW what would come next. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't have thought much of Jason if he hadn't done what he did. "No hard feelings," Jason said. "But just to make us even..." That was GREAT!
This is the last episode of Season 1. I do think the story line was a little week, and since the official DVDs are cut, I'm not sure that maybe it was originally built up a bit better...I will say that Jason does spend a lot of time traveling long distances to take jobs from people who have revenge out for him, or simply hate him. I'm surprised he didn't learn his lesson and investigate these matters closer before wasting so much time going...
