Neighborly Walsh : You can never tell it might come in handy, waste not, want not, that's what the fella says.
Neighborly Walsh : It ain't neighbourly to steal. But when I get my hands on money, I just can't let go.

Charlie the Parrot : Money, money, money. Ha, ha, ha.

Neighborly Walsh : And what good has it done me? I got more than this in the accordian. Lots more. Been there for years. And I gotta go around begging jelly beans.

Neighborly Walsh : I ain't no thief and don't you forget it. I'm going to town right now and find out who that money belongs to. Why, I might even get up the strength to give it back.

Charlie the Parrot : [Charlie laughs hysterically] Money, money.
Charlie the Parrot : MISER!

Neighborly Walsh : Sure. But I ain't no thief! I got to thinking and thinking. And suddenly I seen the light. As soon as I fill myself with a skillet full of flapjacks, I gonna take the satchel to Annie and Lofty.
