**SPOILERS** So the guy was a rat and he lived. His pal sees him and swears he did, when everyone else says he didn't. They stick him in a loony bin and then he breaks out; Jeff helps him find out what was going on. It don't take Einstein to see that there's gotta be some money involved, and the guy's old lady was in it up to pretty little neck. Pretty simple, good acting, a tracking device, and a final shootout with a silly ending line. It was okay. An 8 at best.
