I saw this Bill Plympton's short animation included in the movie "Mutant Aliens", and personally, I think that it is more enjoyable and makes much more sense in the context of that movie.
Like most of the animations done by Bill Plympton, this is something quite irreverent, and like the other reviewer said, it could offend some viewers. Personally I think that this wasn't worse than any of the stuff that you could see in animated sitcoms like "South Park", "Family Guy" or "Robot Chicken".
If you dislike the comedy style from those series I've mentioned, then you probably won't like this very much.
