Actually, Ron has been around a lot longer than 2002. I saw a video of Ron doing stand up back in the late 80s or early 90s. It was actually kinda funny seeing him with long hair and a mustachio...the video was called Redneck Comedy Roundup and had old footage of Ron, Bill, and Jeff (no Larry), and actually wasn't bad. He was actually pretty crude. This video also had some other stand up comedians in it, although at this point and time I couldn't tell you who they were. I remember the Blue Collar boys only because I have seen them so much anyway. Ron was wearing this horrific shirt and a black leather jacket, but he still had his cigarette and his scotch.

The Same Old Jokes

Ron White is very repetitive. He told the same exact jokes on Comedy Central Presents: Ron White and on Ron White: They Call Me Tater Salad and Blue Collar Comedy Tour and Blue Collar TV. He has a few good jokes, but he just isn't that funny that he would get all of these comedy special deals. I think its just because he is part of the blue collar gang not counting Blue Collar TV, only guest starring. My favorite comedian in the blue collar gang is actually Bill Engvall. I'm just saying Ron White's moments of glory is coming to an end and hes only been around since 2003. Hes just a bit overrated is all. If he got some new funny jokes, fine, but let the old ones go. Everybody has heard them now.
