Antikrundan starts its 16th season in Askersund in Närke. There, the experts value, among other things, a Russian bronze bear, a Fabergé egg and some real flea market finds. We also visit the summer antique market in town.
Finding bargains at flea markets is a thing of the past, and when Antikrundan visits Kramfors, we get confirmation - a real rarity appears. Many fun items are valued and we pay a visit to the area's clock museum.
Antikrundan is welcomed in the hometown of ice hockey, Örnsköldsvik, which also displays many fine old things such as funk cabinets, majolica vases, china and yet another Titanic poster.
In the military town of Skövde on the Västgötas plain, an early field bed, a Tiffany box and a cane chair are valued among many other things. The plastic items of the 20th century have become a collector's item today.
In the second program from Askersund, we visit a silversmith who makes jewelry that may have a long life. We also value, among other things, a cello, a wristwatch and a rococo cabinet.
In the second program from Kramfors, Knut Knutson evaluates some reupholstered Gustavian chairs and we visit a young cabinetmaker who makes new Gustavian furniture.
In the second program from Simrishamn, we get to see a large painting by Ola Billgren, a nice blanket and a garden gnome among many other things. In addition, there will be a visit to a slot machine collector.
In the second program from Örnsköldsvik, we see, among other things, a guest table, fine silver, an iron chandelier found in a field. We visit the Pawn Shop and see what we can find there.
In the last program of the year and the second from Skövde, we visit a tin caster and a bricklayer and we value, among other things, a silver Russian bowl, an art collection by Nell Wallden and a couple of Märta Måås Fjätterström rugs.
