Own the rights?
I just saw this film last night at the Pan African film festival in Atlanta. I was very impressed by the cast, script, and direction of the film. It was a good idea and well executed. My only complaint is the look of the film. At times it was grainy and looked like it was done on a home video camera. That still doesn't take away from the great performance that Jaszmine Lewis put on.I would love to see this in major theaters, or even just art houses throughout the country. It tells a great story to and about black women... I look forward to seeing more work from Craig Ross Jr and Bobby Thompson.
