An acceptable offering telling a story that is made convincing by the excellent work of the cast, producer and others. A rich man's son is a drunkard and his father buys his consent to marry a girl in a country community in order to make him reform. Some time later she discovers by a note that her father-in-law and not love-at-first-sight has been the cupid of her romance, but it all turns out well. - The Moving Picture World, July 25, 1914
