- A pregnant woman is seen.
- A naked baby is seen, but it's not in a sexual way. The baby is just naked because it's sick and it has to be in an incubator.
- Shirtless boys are seen in a swimming class and in a locker room.

- A boy is seen with an air-rifle. He then fights with the main character a few seconds later. The gun doesn't go off although I thought it would.
- The main character is seen with a swollen face.
- A man often says offensive and cruel things to a boy, but the man gradually becomes the boy's companion and stops being so nasty.
- Characters tease a girl verbally.
- Frequent arguing between a father and son.
- A man kills and eats live beetles, slugs and bugs.
- An elderly woman dies (off-screen).
- A baby becomes ill and talk of her possible death often happens, to the point where characters break down and cry over it.
- A woman cries out in pain and falls to the floor, after which her son has to call an ambulance.
- A boy rescues an injured man from a burning shed. The man falls unconscious and has to be dragged out.

- His father says "don't say bloody."
- The boy then says "bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody, bloody!" the father then calls him a little s***. The scene is quite shocking.
- Two boys mock another boy and his friend who they say is his girlfriend.
- One fart joke and a character frequently belches at two children for some weird reason.
- "shit, junkie, damn" are all said.

- A character is seen drunk. Another is seen drinking, and taking painkillers.
- Micheal tells his school friend that he saw what he believes is a sick hobo in the garage. His friend tells him that it was probably a junkie.

- A man burns down a garage and a young boy goes inside of the burning building to save someone. A boy wants a man to fly but the man refuses, so the boy jumps off a cliff so the man will jump down after him and save him. The man saves the boy.
