Part 2 of Mimics Parade
zqz0228 May 2007
This is the second part of Mimics Parade. Continuing from the first part, this movie is about how Kasargode Kadarbhai (Alammoodan) and his son Kasimbhai (Babu Antony) trying to take revenge on the mimicry artists who send Alammodan to jail. However, most of the movie is spend on trying to show the talents of an army of mimicry artists. Almost every mimicry artist who was worth anything in 1992 has shown their face. The story line is pretty weak. You probably have heard all the jokes and that too below par. The movie was trying to ride on the wave of umpteen mimicry troupes that mushroomed after the success of Kalabhavan. This movie just like its part 1 obliquely refers to Kalabhavan, its founder and its activities.
