As a throwback thriller with a little film noir and buddy cop elements
tossed in for good measure this film is far more endearing than the low
votes here tend to indicate.
Is it a must-see classic? Not exactly but the script is capable, it's
great to see Erin Gray in a movie again and the story flows well with
enough red herrings thrown in to keep from branding it predictable. The
soundtrack is superb. You will recognize Chris Emerson and Paris By Air
lending some great tracks here.
If you enjoy the genre and can appreciate the effort you will dig SI.
If you're swayed by gargantuan film budgets and A-list celebrities,
then move on to something else.

Looks like a bad TV movie from the early 90's. The actors are bad, the
script is bad, there are plot holes/goofs the size of Mount Everest,
the story is not engaging... Nothing good really comes to mind when I
try to describe this piece of dung. I was so bored, I couldn't wait for
the movie to end. And of course there has to be a "shocking" ending,
which just fails miserably.
I cannot stress enough how bad this film is. Even if it was on TV, I
would feel disappointed about it. No redeeming qualities. You should
just leave this one alone!
This was all I wanted to write, but it is required that I write ten
lines of text. I hope this does not count as "junk words"
