Sex & Nudity
-
- Brief passionate kissing. Nudity more like a PG-13 film: A few seconds of Rose's (Juliette Binoche) nipples above the covers as she answers the phone, her rear for a few seconds as she exits a swimming pool. Porn pops up twice on the TV in the hotel room; a split second once, seen for a second and moaning heard a couple of seconds more, but it's at a long distance, badly lit, and one breast is barely visible in HD.
Violence & Gore
-
- One instance of intimidation - grabbing a man by the arm, and a man slams his fist down on a table once. Otherwise, none.
Profanity
-
- The English-language version: A smattering of swearing, hardly "R"-worthy, averaging once every three minutes; five usages of f*ck, three times with hostility, and b*tch twice; no very strong language.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- No smoking at all in this verifiably French film. Wine is mentioned and imbibed at a couple of meals, not to excess. No drugs.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- Essentially none: a boyfriend talks tough briefly.
