Violence & Gore
- One of the protagonists is a dog, towards the end of the series he gets his lower half ripped off and his corpse is kicked by the villain that killed him. This may upset a lot of people.
- At the final battle against DIO, Jotaro punches DIO's stand in the shin, which makes it begins to crack in half, however the damages reflects on DIO that is split in half and explodes as all of his blood sprays in the air, this scene is really violent.
- One of the main characters, Kakyoin, is killed when Dio punches a hole through his stomach. Blood is shown as he is killed. He flies into a watertower. More blood is seen dripping from his wound. He dies after succumbing to his wounds.
- During the final battle between Jotaro and Dio, they both crash into a train. Jotaro warns the passengers to get back and Dio proceeds to massacre four passengers, one of which is a baby. Many graphic shots follow as Dio licks his bloodied hand. Very graphic and disturbing for some.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Some characters get into intense fights, sometimes resulting in character death, not overly graphic, but can be sad for people who like the characters.
