An early film by Bruce Baillie - and his second in colour - which charts a journey accompanied on the soundtrack by Wagner's 'Parsifal' by ship and then rail in which the cold grey of the sea is supplanted by the green of the woodland and the blue skies of the sunlit Sierra Nevada Mountains.
