- Snively Throckmorton and Herman the hermit both hate Christmas at first and do everything they can to ruin the Christmas festivities and attempt to put them to an end, which may upset some viewers, especially younger ones. Thankfully, Snively's aunt Sophie calls out her nephew's behavior, leaves him in his hotel room, and goes to the Christmas party without him. That, and Snively and Herman start to love Christmas at the end, redeem themselves, and admit their wrongdoings.
- Herman dresses as the Abominable Snowman to terrorize Yogi and his friends, which may scare some younger viewers.
