Goofs | Right in the beginning, the Minister of Energy dies in a terrorist action: his car is blown up. It was a burgundy Ford Galaxie (or LTD / Landau), a 1973/74 model. Although too old for an official car in a 1984 movie, it would be ok to explode. But the car used for the explosion scene was a Chevrolet Opala of the same color.
