One of the best Greek movies of all times

The drama of young people chasing their dreams and how they start losing each of those dreams when they get older. If you feel the same now that you are older, this is definitely a movie about you. But if you are young and just started chasing your own, beware. Never take life for granted. Do what you have to do to succeed but at the same time do whatever it needs to remain happy. Excellent screenplay, superb music score by the legendary Manos Hatzidakis.

I have seen this movie when I was 16 years old. Of all the sentimental movies that make people cry, this was the one that made me cry the most. I was so touched from the way those peoples lives were portrayed and made me so sad because they wasted so much time chasing after a dream that never came true. They never saw happiness staring them right in the eyes. Antigoni Valakou was very convincing as Lisa the dreamy girl who wanted to find love and get married.and Dimitris Papamichel was superb as Labiris who was dreaming to go to Afrika to get rich. The movie keeps you interested and is very pleasant to watch. I makes you feel good and sad at the same time. I would like to see this movie again if I could.

Poetic simplicity

The one and only drama in his big career.Sakelarios-Gianakopoulos write the script and the excellent cast including Valakou and Papamichail give fine performances.Veggos in a small role.
