Sex & Nudity

  • A dead woman's corpse is shown with breasts fully exposed for 6 seconds.

  • A woman is on top of a man, having sex. It looks like they are fully clothed.
  • Women wear tops that look like bras and matching panties. This scene goes into a room with what appears to be two women having sex with skimpy outfits on.
  • There's video footage of a woman having sex in a car with moaning sounds. No private parts are shown.
  • Two rats are shown having sex. This part lasts about 16 seconds.
  • A female waitress gets up from bending and she is wearing a thong that shows most of her naked buttocks. This lasts for 3 seconds.
  • Marcus hides on a table with a naked female corpse on it. Marcus turns and looks at the corpse very briefly, but then he removes the sheet and her breasts are in full view.
  • A female corpse's breasts are shown again. This movie keeps going back to her breasts.
  • A teen girl in a stars-and-stripes bikini dances under a waterfall in a bar.
  • Marcus says on a few occasions mentioned that his Partner Mike Lowrey Shot him in the ass, by accident.

  • In The Neon Club Scene Everyone was moving very Seductively towards each other, as it is suggested that they are Drugged Up.
  • There is a scene where Mike and Marcus are in a room and they are being recorded but they don't know it, and their dialog implies that they are gay and it is shown on TVs for customers to see.

Violence & Gore

  • The violence is brutal and very bloody, but mostly comical and funny.
  • A grown man threatens a teenage boy with a handgun because the boy is dating his daughter.
  • Level of violence:10/10.
  • A small barrel with severed body parts is placed on a stool, and we see the bloody stumps and watch blood pour from the bottom of the barrel onto the floor. Very graphic.
  • A dismembered finger is found near a sink that is smeared with blood.
  • A remote-controlled car blows up in the middle of a group of men who are thrown into the air (we see bodies with missing limbs and bloody stumps).
  • Many dead bodies on tables are shown in a morgue: a man uncovers them and shoves his hand into their body cavities (we see skin flaps flapping around), one of the men vomits repeatedly, one man opens the mouth of a corpse and the top of its head pops off exposing its brain, and one man pulls organs out of a corpse. Comedic, but very graphic and gross.
  • There's a violent shootout in a house between two cops and a gang; one man is shot repeatedly in the chest, one is shot in the eye through a hole in a wall (we see the eye and the gun line up and then hear the shot), one man is shot in the back of the head (blood splatters on the wall), one man is sprayed in the eyes with an aerosol spray, and one man is kicked in the head twice (we see two of the dead men later covered with blood).
  • A man is shot in the head and blood splatters on the man standing behind him.
  • A man in a car is shot in the head (blood sprays on the passenger), the woman in the car with him shoots the man who shot him, drives the car with another man hanging on the door, kicks him off the door (the man lands hard on a glass enclosure) and races off in the car.
  • There's a large, chaotic shootout in a street, with many bullets fired with cars, trees and people hit (innocent bystanders run screaming and lie on ground while bullets whiz by).
  • A man is killed when a mine explodes, and a man is shot in the head, falls back on the ground and is blown in half when he falls on mine (we see his dismembered body parts tumble on the ground). Graphic.
  • There's a bloody shootout in the beginning with police and men shooting back and forth, and many are hit. We see a man held by the neck with a gun to his head, blood spurts when the man is shot, an explosion throws people into the air, a man is shot in the buttock (we see the bullet pass through, and blood spurts) and the bullet continues on to hit another man nearby in the neck.
  • A grenade is launched into a house, it explodes and many shots are fired hitting many men (we see blood spurting and bodies jerk when they are hit), causing a lot of property damage (glass shatters, scaffolding collapses) and large explosions.
  • A man is shot and falls to the ground, another man is shot repeatedly and falls back into a fountain, and a man is shot in the ear.
  • Two men chase a man through streets and onto a train where they fight with punches and bites, they crash through the window of the train and struggle on the platform until one is thrown off, lands on the rails, and is run over by the train. We hear the sound of his body being crushed
  • A car chase takes many cars racing through streets while firing guns at each other, and many cars crash into each other.
  • A man punches a man and two men jump through windows, run to a car and race away from a house as they are being shot at.
  • A man is forced into the trunk of a car a few times and he comes out with a bloody forehead after a car chase.
  • A woman is hit in the face with a gun.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Marcus accidentally gets high on ecstasy and starts acting spaced out and affectionate. This is because two ecstasy pills accidentally land in a glass that Marcus fills with water and he drinks it by mistake not knowing the pills were in there. This is played for laughs.
  • A man is shown overdosing on ecstasy at a nightclub.
  • People do Ecstasy at a nightclub
  • The whole plot revolves around illegal Ecstasy
  • Many alcohols/drinks, drugs, and smoking for this film.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • During a chase sequence, the back of a truck unexpectedly opens which makes plastic-wrapped pile of dead bodies slip out into the streets causing many car crashes. One body comically slips on the road as a car drives over it and the body unrealistically gets decapitated.
  • A woman takes an interest in dating a man who cuts up people in his kitchen as shown earlier.
  • Definitely Michael Bay's most violent movie. Not recommended for people averse to violence.
  • For a brief moment we see a male corpse's skull pop off and we also see his Brains again only for a brief moment. Before Marcus runs to the sink to Drink a Glass of water and accidentally swallowing a couple of pills of illegal drugs
  • For a brief moment, Marcus vomits.
  • The movie's heroes are policemen who are shown using guns and physical violence to settle conflict. They frequently operate outside of the law, killing criminals, threatening and endangering civilians and causing the mass destruction of property. The film frames their actions as humorous, exciting and heroic. There are no serious moral or legal consequences for their actions.
  • A man yells at two men in several scenes, two men yell at each other in many scenes, and a man and a woman yell at each other.
