The legendary porn director Bob Chinn visited Manhattan to make the spoof THE HONEYMOONERS. It's not up to the quality level of his HARD SOAP, HARD SOAP in a similar vein, and not on a par with contemporary films by indigenous Gotham filmmakers.
John Leslie teams up with Jeffrey Hurst to impersonate Jackie Gleason and Art Carney, rather poorly. They are elevator repairmen, who take time out to hump the apartment dwellers, chief amongst them C.J. Laing. When the deep-throating queen Laing is satiated, she calls in her BFF Terri Hall, who also displays quality deep-throat technique.
The very cute Jean Dalton is a bright spot as Alice, not called upon to imitate Ms. Meadows. Recurring attempts at comedy (notably accidental electric shocks that cause boners) consistently fall flat, leaving Chinn with basically an all-sex number. Running time is effectively padded with an orgy, introducing Ultramax and Ursula Austin into the mix.
