** possible SPOILER The first third of this film shows the world leaders in naughty, compromising positions, with a constant stream of puns, sex jokes, simulated sex scenes, ethnic jokes, slurs, and a WHOLE lot of full frontal nudity by the chicks. There is no plot yet, but I guess this is to show how goofed up the world is, and how it got that way. Then, at 25 minutes in, there is a conference of the leaders deciding what to do to resolve "the problems". Apparently, they found one guy in San Francisco who DIDN'T take the anti-fertility pills, so his job is to do the deed and help re-populate the earth. There is some full frontal by the males, but not much compared to the amount by the females and this first guy is wearing a lace, see-through nightie, make-up, and a woman's wig, so its all pretty bizarre. Then on to other couples who must help create a new generation. Bad acting, bad jokes, bad editing, bad accents. Interesting mix of good looking people and some not at all good looking. Were attractive people (willing to do this type of film) THAT hard to find in 1974? I realize it was a different time, but... And if you think Ann Myers is silly, with her outrageous wig and more outrageous acting, as Lilly Tweety, watch out for the very next scene with the HUGE extra-chubbies. At the very end, a weird reference to Woody Allen's "Sleeper", which had just been released the year before. Directed by Perry Dell, written by Walt Davis, who also worked together on Deep Jaws, the other film on this DVD set from Something Weird Video. acc to IMDb, W. Davis worked in these wacky films for ten years. Campy and fun if you have some extra time. Keep those expectations LOW...

If you were to read the description of this movie, you might actually want to see it, because of its surprisingly humorous plot-outline. Because of over-population, all males have been given a 2-year syrum that makes them sterile. Unfortunately... the syrum never wears off, and all the men are infertile!
But fear not! There are 5 losers who have not taken the syrum, for one reason or another, and stupid soft-core porn scenes follow.
Watch out for the Asian Dicktator scene, which involves two women, the fat dicktator himself, and his random shouts of (dis?)pleasure.
The one part that leaves you wondering is... "What the hell was the president?"

It sounds like it, doesn't it? I think I MAYBE cracked a half-smile once at something (not meant to be funny) but that's it. Despite Uschi's appearance avoid this. I really don't know who the demographic was for this unless it's 1970s boys looking for some kicks (which wouldn't have been allowed in theaters). You can do so much better. We all can.
It's not funny even though it painstakingly tries to be. It's not sexy and it doesn't seem to try at all. It's dreadfully dull. The other film on the DVD, DEEP JAWS, is bad, too (see the reviews) and the extras, although I LOVE trailers, are dull and uninteresting.
Please, do yourself a favor, we've seen the DVD double feature so you don't have to. Go for a walk, maybe get some ice cream. Remove that wall paper from the bathroom you've been talking about doing for the past 3 years. Bath the neighbor's pets. ANYTHING but watch this dreck.

In order to combat over-population, a serum is made to make men sterile for a few years, it works more potently than expected causing the population of guys to remain impotent for life. Now the government must find those precious few of the male species that still have some swimmers in their spunk in this early 70's skin flick. Jokes are made pertaining to the scandals of the time which cause to date this film a tad. But for the most part movie was... OK I'm not going to call it good as that's not the right word. The movie is not that awful. Beware it.s chock full of negative stereotypes. A PC film, this one definitely is not. Well at least it has more of a plot than "Deep Jaws" did. Plus ANY film with either Rene Bond or Uschi Digard is never a total loss and this one has BOTH.
