It is a 1996 drama film directed by Kadir Sözen, who made his debut with Von Glücklichen Schafen in 2015.

There was an anecdote in the movie Fried Green Tomatoes (1991) saying "My daddy always used to say there was a separate god for children."

This movie is a movie that can be summarized with exactly this word.

If Charlies Dickens had lived in Turkey in the 90s, he would probably have written such a story.

It is not for nothing that Sözen makes references to Dickens, right down to the hats of the children he cast as the lead role.

Menderes Samancilar is before us with a magnificent character of Faggin.

In fact, these are the roles that suit him best.

The fact that the movie was shot in our streets in the 90s was also a nice detail for someone like me who lived his childhood in the 90s.

Anyone who does not renew these films and does not present them to the public is the murderer of cinema.
