Sex & Nudity

A couple makes out on a bed and the girl's breasts are seen.

Violence & Gore

A man breaks another mans back over his knee.

A random guy gets a chunk of his throat ripped out.

A guy gets nailed to a tree by an arrow; he wreches around in agony with blood pouring from his mouth.

A man's ear gets sliced; lots of blood.

A man gets stabbed in the gut; some blood.

A man gets sliced in the legs with a knife and stabbed with a meat cleaver. The cleaver is then hit further into his back with a baseball bat. A bit gory and he spits up blood.

Profanity

Suprisingly mild; 3 or 4 uses of the f-word and a bit other bad language.

Nothing.

A few creepy moments here and there, but the final half hour that details the siege on the house is very intense, complete witha pop-up scares and other unexpected moments.
