Sex & Nudity

  • I would be careful, as I have found episodes with things like Morticia saying, "When we're together, darling, every night is Halloween," also Gomez starts crazily kissing her and she says, "Guests now, bullfrog later."
  • Gomez kisses Morticias arm crazily constantly.

Violence & Gore

  • A great deal of unrealistic comic violence happens during each episode. It is all very tame and done for humor.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Gomez is constantly smoking cigars.
  • Characters occasionally smoke cigarettes and drink alcoholic beverages.
  • Gomez & Morticia smoked from a hookah once or twice.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • It actually might be frightening to younger children but all very funny how there is a hand in a box that helps out with things, the Addams suddenly blowing up trains, or saying stuff like "Why did they kill that poor, innocent, defenceless, dragon?" and the whole "bad is good" thing is played for humour.
