It’s the same old wine—hooch wine—in a not-so-new battle, and I do mean battle. Prohibition in Gujarat is the playground for this pulsating saga of twisted morality. As the Good Cop Majmudar (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) wages an all-out war against hooch seller Raees Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) what emerges from the smoke fire and ashes is a kitschy 1980s-styled potboiler that tells the story of a gangster’s protege who grows into a Robin Hoodlum, the do-dogooder whose Ammi (Sheeba Chadha, so brilliant and yet such a fugitive figure in the screenplay) teaches him that no job is too small or petty.

Veteran animator Rudy Larriva, who illustrated classics such as Looney Tunes and Mr. Magoo, has died.
Larriva passed away on 19 February in Irvine, California. He was 94.
Born in El Paso, Texas, Larriva began his animation career working on the 1939 Warner Bros. film Dog Gone Modern before landing jobs on cartoons including Robin Hoodlum, Gerald McBoing Boing and Fangface.
He later worked as a director for small screen cartoons, helming Alvin and the Chipmunks and The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show.
Larriva is also noted for directing the animation for the opening credits of the Twilight Zone in 1959-1960.
He is survived by a son, three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter, reports Variety.com.
