The police found out that Muto(Boss) has been dealing with drug cartels in Mexico. He will be put on the wanted list. He needs to leave Japan before that happens. Shinagawa gang group is also looking for him. They will kill Minami(Muto's girlfriend) and Ryuta(Muto's fellow), too, so Muto decides to escape to U.S.A with Minami and Ryuta. They start living in Los Angeles, U.S.A, but they will be involved in a conspiracy.
