After witnessing his parents fight and breakup when he was younger, Jake, now a 13 year old loner, just wants his mother to be his mother again, yet with constant fights over her needing to work, and for him to do his homework, Jake is on the verge of giving up. Discovering a unique ability while reluctantly doing his homework, Jake is hopeful that his new ability will be able to boost his grades and win his mother's affection back.
