Phillip, a professional enforcer, has grown tired of working for local crime lord Miller Westbrook. He's come up with a plan that will net him a huge payday, and give his old boss the finger at the same time. To this end, he's enlisted the services of a beautiful counterfeiter known only as J, who has also grown tired of working for Westbrook. But their secret plan is not quite as secret as they thought, and now Westbrook's thugs are coming for them.
