There was Potential there to make a Energetic, Dark Comedy Horror, but it just Fails to do so.
Instead, we get a Flat, and at Times Outright Boring Watch at the Cinema.
I also think that they should have made the Frankenstein Talk immediately after he awakens ⚡💚, and then subsequently get the Parts. Having him have 0 Dialogue for 98% of the film just added to the Boredom of the Film.
Things I did like - The Visual and Sound Aspects.

- 💐 The Production Design, it was very fitting and perfect for the film and it looked Great.
- 💃 The Costume Design, again the 80's Costume Designs were Fitting for the film.
