Boiling Point (I) (2021)

God, what a great movie
24 February 2024
I think it's the first time in my life that I've seen an uncut movie and I was fascinated. It is an extremely engaging story about what happens behind the lives of people who work in a restaurant. They deal with a variety of problems such as racism, addiction and self-harm.

One of the lowest paid jobs in the world and with the least recognition has to be waiters, and the amount of stress experienced by chefs (who in real life can be abusive, despite having a hard time) is also delirious.

It's been a while since I fell in love with a new movie. I prefer the old ones, I prefer those that had their boom in 2010 or before, but this one... Just wow.
