Oh, Arkham Origins, a poorly programmed game that came out in late 2013 with unpolished gameplay, horrendous graphics, visuals, animations, textures, and the frame rate keeps dropping on my PS3.
Speaking of 2013, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has BETTER graphics, cutscenes, and smooth frame rate compared to this complete abomination trash, AO.
WB Montreal didn't have better ideas instead of copying everything from Arkham City. It's literally the same game with recycled gadgets and identical animations. By the way, they had to rush the game out unfinished, and it got lots of technical issues. Millions of people are reporting that this game has so many crashes, bugs, glitches, restarting console, corrupt saves, and freezes on all platforms. It doesn't matter if your console is brand new, it will still have issues, it's an easy cash grab, and Montreal is a piece of trash company who can't even bother fix it and it's still having issues.
Gameplay is still the same but worse. The punch sound effect sounds like 2 cardboard boxes are slapping each other.
Story is cringed. The main plot line is Black mask hired 8 assassins to kill Batman in one night and that's what the game is supposed to be about. That's not what the game is about. Half the story, Joker is impersonating Black Mask all along and the trailer lied to us. You're not going after 8 assassins this time; you have to stop Joker again for the 3rd time. Three games in a row to stop Joker and they didn't mention about Joker in a single trailer. Then Bane discovers Batman is Bruce Wayne, but how does Bane know where the Batcave is located at in the middle of the ocean? That completely makes no sense and horrible writing.
I can't believe these people are defending this game and saying it's, "Underrated.'' Lmao, it's been 11 years, and this game didn't even get a remaster on next gen consoles. Oh, how embarrassing for this so-called "underrated." But thank God Arkham Knight saved the franchise, so fight me. ✌
