As a parent who has gone through the struggle of trying to help a child (teen) with anorexia, I find the final treatment offered to this child to be completely immoral. Anorexia is not a problem that the child needs to solve on their own - that's akin to telling someone with depression to 'get over it'. It's a mental illness and should be treated as such. My daughter only got relief with medical intervention via a psychiatrist who specialised in eating disorders. Medication literally saved her life. This documentary shows a poor suffering child literally being left alone to die, and it quite frankly made me sick to watch it.
