This is a very lovely movie- Helene Cardona is so special an actress and a performer you can't get enough of on screen- No wonder she won best actress awards for her performance at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema and several other festivals in Scotland, Paris, and Los Angeles.
She brings a warmth and personality to the film that is dazzling. I enjoyed the performance of Kali Funston as Young Caralique as well, a very talented child actor who will be exciting to watch in future roles.
This story of development was fun and kept moving throughout. My family all was delighted.
