This is a rom/com for adults-no 20 year olds in sight-that is directed by Meg Ryan. Meg and David play ex_lovers that are stranded in an airport during a snow storm. Meg is going to Boston and David is headed to Austin. They haven't seen each other in 25 years so they try to avoid each other at first but eventually sit down and talk. They discuss their past and the mistakes each made in their relationship and their regrets, as they wander around the airport. Hal is the voice of the airport announcer that keeps them on their feet, telling them that the flights are delayed or sometimes, even seeming to be talking directly to them. FYI: I'm pretty sure that Hal Liggett is a pseudonym and it is never stated-even in the end credits-as to who it really is but I heard Meg on a talk show say that it was someone famous. I personally think it sounded a lot like Bryan Cranston to me but I could be wrong.
It's rated R for language, drug use and sexual references-no nudity-and has a running time of 1 hour & 45 minutes.
If you like rom/coms, you should enjoy this one and it would be a good one to stream.
