The songs in this movie are very average. I think Kajal Agarwal was wasted and portrayed as a dummy character. The comedy was very good. The action scenes are also well choreographed and have funny moments. Mahesh Babu did well as the main protagonist. Without Mahesh Babu this movie would have been a utter flop and one of the worsts movies of 2012 mostly because Mahesh Babu carries the movie with his mega mass and style. The story is built up overtime and has some good plot twists. The dialogues are well written by Puri Jagannadh. The plot twist was done well. Overall Businessman is a somewhat decent watch.
