10/10
Amy Johnston shines in this touching tale of self discovery.

Warning: Spoilers
Amy Johnston is clearly an brilliant actor as well as one of the top martial artist arts and stunt performers in the business.

Amy's portrayal of Paloma, a young widow trying to get her bearings after the death of her husband in the military, is letter-perfect.

I would love to see Amy tackle other roles that don't necessarily involve action or stunts. She is that good.

If I have any qualms with the movie, it's with the script.

Paloma is a bright person. There is no way she would be foolish enough to accept the invitation of the thug who stole her truck, to following him to secluded location to retrieve it. Why on earth would she trust this guy?

Also, the movie should have ended with Paloma's return to the orphanage to take custody of the little girl she befriended.

A very simple scene: Paloma gets of the truck outside the orphanage, the little girl sees her, and they exchange a smile. Perhaps this was in the script but they ran out of funds to film it.

But all in all, I have no doubt Amy Johnston is on her way to great success in films and TV shows.
