Thallumala directed by khalid rahman and written by muhsin parari and ashraf hamza is one movie which is formed if Edgar wright and Matthew Vaughan have a child. Thallumala comes perfectly at a time when malayalam audience were waiting for an adrenaline rush action packed film which would attract youngsters.
This movie is technically brilliant in every aspect.

Tovino thomas is one of the most handsome and stylish actors in malayalam and thallumala presents him in the best way possible in that. Shine tom chacko as SI Reji is also another likable character. The performances of tovino's friends were also impressive who helped the film to never go boring. The theatre fight and the wedding fight was awesome. My favorite was the wedding fight.
On the whole thallumala is a technically solid film capturing the malabar culture well. If you don't mind, the lack of story in the film then you would enjoy it.
