The first two films wowed me and I gave both of those films a 9/10, but I felt something was missing from this film that the previous two films had. I can't quite put my finger on it, because this film still had a great new storyline, and the big fight finale was an impressive decision to remove the spectators for a few minutes from the screen so you can hear and feel the two fighters in the ring. All casting and performances were outstanding, especially Majors who nailed his role. Maybe I wanted more backstory, as the film, even at almost two hours, still flew by too fast. Nevertheless, it did not disappoint, and was still a great watch, but I can only give it an 8/10, 1 less than the first two films.
