This is one of those rare movies that I take a chance with, then give up about 15 minutes into watching it. Even 15 minutes was a waste of my time. I'd describe this movie as a religious-themed Hallmark Hall Of Fame wannabe. You could tell right away that it was going to be a preachy type movie. Which is okay sometimes if it's done well. Well, this one wasn't.
I sort of felt like I was at a small town play where all the actors were friends and neighbors. Totally talentless, but you had to be there to support them. Everyone in the movie was so amateurish and stilted it wasn't funny. And the writing was godawful. (Sorry, God).
And one again, when I checked, it was rated a 7.2 with about 50 or 60 votes. Friends and family, no doubt.
