Just look at that poster. I wish the film lived up to that. I like the Neon Maniacs but I wish their designs were more crazy. They do have some cool ones but also quite a few lackluster too-human looks as well. Still though, the concept is awesome. I just wish it had better kills and more gore or some nudity would have been great. The fact water is their weakness also seems unbelievable and rather silly but I love the monster masks in the girl's bedroom, I actually like the love story, Brett's Nostromo hat is badass, the human characters are really pretty great, etc. Could somebody do a remake with practical FX and just make it a lot more nuts? Alright sorry I'm being too hard on it. Probably if I saw this as a kid, I would have loved it.
