This episode is hilarious. The moments at the restaurant when Tim can't control himself and keeps trying to listen to the game and watch the game are hilarious. And the guy across from them running into the kitchen to watch the game with the kitchen workers while it is their anniversary. Great stuff!
This show to me after starting to watch it from the beginning again after many years, I see how absolutely classic it was immediately from the get go. I'd say it is my favorite 90's show, and I've loved it at all ages of my life.
Tim is definitely the ultimate source of humor and greatness in the show, but every other character does a such a great job to create that setting and environment for Tim to shine.
