I was on the show season 4 episode 17.......it was fun and I had a great time of 3:10 seconds but with the time penalties is it was in the 5:35 mark
It a show that brings laughter and conversations.... I would compete again if they asked me...it was tough.... really tough.... I was in good shape and puked after I ran the course...not for the faint of heart if you are not a competitor. The filming was interesting and tedious...lots of reminding that you have to be ready and try your best they feed us lunch and the water was 38 degrees cold the course was complicated on the count of the water shock and obstacles designed to test your mental and physical limits. Need more shows with that caliber of unity...and the funny comments before during and after are fun. Edit 3-5-2023 I still a wozzy from the air bags 8:3? Seconds was my time or 0987654321.
