Web series review : Feluda Pherot season 1 ( YouTube / Adda times App).. especially for my Bong friends and Feluda fans 🙂👍
#sanjuzzreviews #feluda #FeludaPherot
Directed by Srijit Mukherji, this 6 part Web Series takes u into the world of Ace sleuth Feluda ( Tota Roy Chowdhury) , his nephew and sidekick Topshe and the bungling writer Jatayu ( Anirban Chakraborti).
While on a vacation, our three musketeers are dragged into a mystery concerning the death of a reputed man Mahesh Babu ( Dhritiman Chatterjee) . On his deathbed he conveys some cryptic clues to Feluda, who then takes it upon himself to decipher them and unravel the mystery.
Casting is bang on with everyone playing their parts to perfection. Set in the 1970s, the era has been meticulously recreated. Mystery solving is done in the old fashioned way, analysing clues, reading diaries, going through letters. No fancy technology involved which is refreshing for a change.
Being a lifelong fan of Satyajit Ray's Feluda, I enjoyed it immensely for sure. Definitely worth binge watching.
Go for it ... 4/5 from me .. Adios 🙂
