Not great but compelling enough

Warning: Spoilers
It helps that I like Josh Harnett. If this were not a true film, I would be rolling my eyes. The fact that someone at his lowest point does something so incredibly stupid is challenging, but that's what addiction does. I can't imagine surviving what he did, and that alone made me pull for him. Since I didn't know his story, I was not sure he was going to make it. He had his demons, he paid for them. I can't imagine myself there, but perhaps we were all one poor decision away at some point in our life.
