An explosion at the Fort Johnson chemical factory sends a plume into the air which comes down as acid rain that burns and melts the skin. It also has a zombie effect for some reason. The action takes place in a Amityville police station that is being combined with another, They are sparsely manned as Sgt Dash (Scott C.
