Tldr: Wcw, Nitro was better.
Wcw had better wrasslers, matches, stories, attitude, quality, promos, ring, top stars, mid card, stables, cruiser weights, jobbers, gimmicks, ppvs names.
Only thing that was better but not by a long margin was entrance music.
Lets be honest when we watched Wwf during the Attitude era we only watched for the Rock. Everything else was filler. No offense to the legendary mid carders or jobbers of the wwf but we only cared for when the Rock spoke. Even the rocks matches were repetitive.
Wwf midcards will always be important just not as important as Wcw midcards and jobbers.
Wcw made Their midcards and jobbers matter.
Unlike wwf they were used in squash matches.
Wcw wrasslers looked like Gods. Wwf was just the Rock.
Even the cruiser weight division was awesome. Wwf didn't even have one.
Wwf matches were all the same example: good guy beats up bad guy for a bit. Bad guy beats up good guy for 70% then good comes back and wins or bad guy cheats and wins.
Wcw matches were even, explosive and fun. Wcw didn't stop for boring choke holds. In wwf fanboys paid big bucks to see a choke hold for 10 minutes. It's unbelievable.
Despite Wcw Nitro being dead its still better than wwf yesterday and today.
I've watched shoot Vids and I'm aware Wcw backstage was horrible. Still Wcw was the better show from a watcher perspective.
If it were possible I would binge Nitro from 1996 to 2000.
