This is a another solid entry from the first season,
Guest stars David Suchet (as gang leader Krivas) and Geoffrey Palmer (as dodgy businessman Sinclair) lend this story some extra kudos, and are both very effective and convincing in their respective roles.
There's plenty of action too, and some good detective work by Bodie & Doyle as they close in on their targets. For Bodie, it's personal too, as he has a score to settle with Krivas - this all leads to a tense climax where Cowley, having stood the boys down, leaves them to pursue their target in whatever method they choose to employ.
Cowley briefly gets in on the action too, and there's still room for some humour along the way - especially when The Cow reprimands Doyle after a particularly explosive scene... not to mention Doyle's encounter with Sinclair's schoolgirl daughter!
This is an enjoyable and unusual story that has all the elements that make this show so good.
