ABC have long since been trying to emulate the Hallmark tv movie formula, and unfortunately films like this show they still have a long way to go.
A better than average cast and a writing pair with pedigree combine to make a dud that never really works.
I like Barry Watson, I think he's great in '7th Heaven', but he's let down here by a character that seems a bit like Robin Williams character in 'Bicentennial Man'.
