Good comedy in this one as some space grifters pose as Voyager senior officers to steal resources from gullible trade partners. The guy who plays Tuvok is hilarious, really getting into his role to the annoyance of his partners in crime.
Liked how the Voyager crew which has a reputation in my mind for gullibility and lax security, actually turn the tables and pull a con of their own.
They don't say what becomes of the con men/woman after they capture them. Probably because there isn't a PC solution that could be divulged. Turning them over to local authorities who they'd duped would probably mean their deaths or worse?
Anyway I appreciate the writers efforts to try something different here and I enjoyed the episode.
