The story is told through a series of pseudo vignettes, ultimately feeling somewhat voyeuristic - as if you're also a passenger on the plane eavesdropping on the situation. It works rather well and is a distinct approach to the material. The affair strikes a good balance between comedy and drama, commenting on its central theme in relatively nuanced ways.
